Service description

EcomCal is an e-commerce seller analytics software (SaaS) that helps online sellers analyse profit and loss, payouts, customer returns, courier RTO, SKU performance, and generate downloadable business reports from files uploaded by users.

User eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use EcomCal. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Account registration and security

An account with valid registration details is required to use the tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial

The Free Trial includes 2 lifetime successful report generations with no credit card required.

Growth plan

• Price: ₹149 for 30 days of Growth access.
• One-time payment with no automatic renewal and no automatic recurring debit.
• Growth access is normally activated after successful payment verification.
• Access expires automatically after 30 days unless manually renewed.

Digital service only

EcomCal provides digital software/SaaS access only. No physical product is sold or shipped.

Accurate inputs

Users must upload complete and accurate files. Reports depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data supplied by the user.

Nature of the service

EcomCal provides analytics and decision-support tools only. EcomCal is not accounting, tax, investment, financial, or legal advice. Users must independently verify reports before making any business decisions.

Acceptable use

Misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, or any attempt to disrupt the service is not allowed.

Intellectual property

All EcomCal software, branding, content, and reports' formatting are the intellectual property of EcomCal. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Maintenance and service availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We aim to keep downtime minimal.

Account suspension

EcomCal may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.

Limitation of liability

EcomCal is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomCal is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or decisions made based on the outputs of the tools.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in West Bengal, India.

Independence

EcomCal is an independent seller analytics tool and is not affiliated with Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, or any marketplace.
