Growth plan

• Price: ₹149 for 30 days.
• One-time payment.
• No automatic renewal or recurring debit.

Refund-eligible situations

• Duplicate payment.
• Payment successfully deducted but Growth access was not activated.
• Verified technical issue that prevents use of the paid service and cannot be resolved by EcomCal.

How to request a refund

Contact us at support.ecomcal@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment. Please provide your registered email address, payment reference or transaction ID, payment date, and issue details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Normal refunds may take approximately 5–7 working days after initiation, and the bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after successful activation and substantial usage.
• Incorrect or incomplete files uploaded by the user.
• Reports affected by missing, incorrect, duplicate, or delayed marketplace data.
• Failure to use the service during the 30-day validity period.

Cancellation

• There is no automatic renewal.
• Users do not need to cancel recurring billing.
• Access expires automatically after 30 days unless manually renewed.
